Booking, Payment & Confidentiality
A written agreement is required before any performance is considered confirmed.
The agreement will clearly state:
Whether the performance is paid or unpaid.
The agreed performance fee, if applicable.
Any deposit amount and payment schedule.
Performance date, time, and location.
Any expectations or requirements for both the Artist and the Event Organizer.
Compensation must be discussed and agreed upon before accepting a booking. If payment is not included in the agreement, the performance will be considered an unpaid promotional or exposure opportunity. No additional payment may be requested after accepting the agreed terms.
The Event Organizer has the sole discretion to determine whether a performance opportunity will be paid or offered as a promotional (exposure) opportunity. The Artist's decision to accept the booking confirms acceptance of those terms.
All agreements, payment amounts, deposits, and contract terms are strictly confidential. Neither party may share, discuss, or publicly disclose any portion of the agreement without written permission from the other party.
A violation of the confidentiality clause may result in cancellation of the agreement, forfeiture of any unpaid compensation, and any other remedies allowed under the agreement or applicable law.
These policies are intended to protect both the Artist and the Event Organizer by ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and mutual understanding before any performance takes place.
